Your chids health is an important part of his or her education.healthy children are better equipped to learn. did you no that a resourse exists at your chaid's school that provids a basic health services to keep your child from missing school? the nurse in the school-based health center will provide a variety of services at your childs school, including :

the school based health center is not intended to replace the childs health care provider. the center is designed to provide care for minor illnesses; to communicate this care to the forms avaible in both the elememary and the hidh scool offices . childs regular health care provider , and to link childern to health services as needed. |
