Central Office Staff
Michael J. Borchers
Superintendent
Mr. Borchers is in his 18th year in education, all spent at the Ludlow Independent School District.
His years as a panther have included a number of different roles, including Math Teacher, Coach, Middle and High School Principal, and Director of Curriculum. In the spring of 2011, Mr. Borchers was named as Superintendent of Ludlow Schools. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Education from Northern Kentucky University and his Master's in Education from the University of Cincinnati.
He attended Xavier University for both his Rank I Program and his Superintendent's Certificate.
Mr. Borchers resides in Taylor Mill with his wife, Susan, also a teacher, and their three children.

Mr. Smith has been an educator for 33 years, with 20 of those in the Ludlow Independent School District. He is a member of Ludlow High School's Class of 1971, and currently serves as the President of the Ludlow Education Foundation. Mr. Smith earned his Bachelor of Arts from Northern Kentucky University, and attended Xavier University for his Masters Degree and Rank I Program. Rick and his wife, Wanda, have three grown children, and reside in Fort Mitchell.

Mrs. Ketzer has spent the last 14 of her 36 years in education at the Ludlow Independent School District. Her work has primarily been with special education, but for the past two years, she has served as the Preschool Director. Mrs. Ketzer earned her Bachelor's Degree from Morehead State University, her Master's Degree from Northern Kentucky University, and Rank I and Leadership Certificate from Xavier University. Beth and her husband, Bob, have two sons in college, and reside in Cincinnati.

Mr. Wise brings 40 years of education experience to his role. He has served Ludlow Schools in a number of roles, including Social Studies Teacher, Coach, Assistant Principal, and Principal of LHS. He earned his Bachelor's Degree from Morehead State University and his Master's Degree from Northern Kentucky University. His Rank I Program was completed at Xavier University. Glen and his wife, Cindy, have four grown children, all of whom graduated from Ludlow High School. They now enjoy time with their four grandchildren.

Mrs. McMillen is in her 17th year in education, all spent in the Ludlow Independent School District. Before her current role, she served as a Special Needs Teacher and High School Guidance Counselor. Mrs. McMillen earned her Bachelor's Degree and a Master's Degree from Northern Kentucky University. She also completed a Master's Degree and Rank I Program in School Counseling at Xavier University. Jenny resides in Burlington with her husband, Woody, and their two sons.

Melissa Keller
Curriculum Coach
Mrs. Keller is in her 9th year at Ludlow. She spent the first six years teaching high school mathematics. She earned her Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics Education from Northern Kentucky University and her Master of Arts in Teaching Mathematics from the University of Cincinnati.
Melissa is married to Rob Keller, Ludlow High School's Art Teacher. They reside in Cincinnati with their son.
Another Baby Keller is due in October!

Mrs. Tillett has spent the last three of her 15 years in education at the Ludlow Independent School District. Before coming to Ludlow, she taught 7th grade and served as a Secondary Curriculum Coach. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Education from the University of Kentucky and her Master's Degree from Northern Kentucky University. Mrs. Tillett has also received her National Board Certification in Early Adolescent Education. Kendrea resides in Independence with her husband, Greg, and their two sons.

Mr. Lainge has been a Ludlow Panther for the past 10 years.
He brings a wealth of technology experience with him. He has two Associate's Degrees; one from the University of Cincinnati and another from Cincinnati State Technical & Community College. Mr. Lainge also has a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Cincinnati. Tony and his wife reside in Cincinnati with their two daughters.

Mr. Wofford graduated from Ludlow High School in 1992 and was named to his current position six years ago. He also serves as the Girls Basketball Varsity Coach. Mr. Wofford is a veteran of the United States Army, and has extensive training in electrical technology, construction, and maintenance. Randy's wife is Vikki, Ludlow's Financial Analyst. They are longtime residents of Ludlow, where they've raised two daughters.

Lynn Alig
Student Information Systems Coordinator
Ms. Alig has been with the Ludlow Independent School District since 1998. She started as a Preschool Teacher's Aide, became the Computer Lab Aide, and then moved to her present role. Along with her mother and daughter, Ms. Alig is a Ludlow High School graduate, a proud member of the Class of 1969. She resides in Ludlow with her daughter. Mrs. Wofford is in her first year as the Financial Analyst, although she has long had ties to Ludlow Independent Schools. Mrs. Wofford has coached basketball and volleyball at LHS for a number of years. She is also a proud member of the LHS Class of 1990. Mrs. Wofford holds degrees in both Business Administration and Accounting from Thomas More College.
Vikki and Randy live in Ludlow with their two daughters.

Ms. McAtee has been with the Ludlow Independent School District for 17 years. Even though she graduated from Notre Dame Academy, she is a Ludlow Panther at heart. She lives in Ludlow, where she has raised three children, all graduates of Ludlow High School.

Mrs. Huff joined the Panther Staff in October of 1996. She attended Ludlow Independent Schools and is a proud member of the Class of 1967. She and her husband, John, reside in Ludlow, and have a daughter who graduated from LHS in 1996.
