Birth contol in schools

Some school nurses are giving out birth control, from condoms to the morning after pill. Do you think schools should give out birth control at school? Is it a school isssue? Why or why not? What benefits are there? What drawbacks?

Dear Abby, Frustrated Fred

Dear Abby,
I am really tired of this stupid my plate. I eat 6 grains, 2 fruits, 3 vegetables, 3 dairy products and 6 meats a day. But I keep gaining weight. I thought if I followed these dumb guidelines I would lose weight. 
I'll give you an example. For breakfast I had 2 scrambled eggs, a glass of milk, a grapefruit and 2 pieces of toast. So that's, one of each food and I do that 6 times a day.  What's the problem?

Dear Abby,
I'm a 45 year old woman and I don't really exercise much. I'm just too busy. I keep gaining weight though. I eat a variety of food and I keep my fat content low but somehow I still gain. How much should I be eating? What are some good snacks to have when I'm at work and get hungry?

 Dear Abby,
I am a runner. I run 2 hours a day, every day. I'm 16 years old. I want to put on some weight though because everyone calls me Bird Legs. How much should I eat if I want to gain 20 pounds of muscle?

Dear Abby,
I am really struggling with my weight. I'm a 35 year old man who exercises 60 minutes a day.  I love meat and eat it all the time. I'm on the go a lot so I eat out pretty much everyday. What should I be eating? What are some good foods to eat when I'm out?

 Dear Abby,
I am a 25 year old woman and I exercise at least half an hour everyday. I know everyone complains about being too fat but I just can't gain weight. I eat fruits and vegetables all the time. I love animals so I don't eat meat or dairy. What can I do to get to my goal weight?
