Dear Abby, Carnivorous Chris
I am really struggling with my weight. I'm a 35 year old man who exercises 60 minutes a day. I love meat and eat it all the time. I'm on the go a lot so I eat out pretty much everyday. What should I be eating? What are some good foods to eat when I'm out?
