Dear Abby, Overweight Opal
I'm a 45 year old woman and I don't really exercise much. I'm just too busy. I keep gaining weight though. I eat a variety of food and I keep my fat content low but somehow I still gain. How much should I be eating? What are some good snacks to have when I'm at work and get hungry?
