Hi!  My name is Kristy Richmond and this is my 16th year teaching.  I spent 8 years teaching first grade before coming to Ludlow.  I began at Ludlow as the Read to Achieve (RTA) teacher.  Along with becoming the Read to Achieve teacher, I had the unique opportunity to be trained in Reading Recovery.  After spending 1 year of intense training in Reading Recovery, I received my Reading Recovery certification.  After 2 years of being the RTA teacher, I returned to 1st grade.  I am very excited about using all of the knowledge I gained through my training and experience, with RTA and Reading Recovery, to help my students.

Please feel to contact me with questions and concerns!
